Executive Team

Scott Edmonds
President & Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Edmonds has more than 20 years' of experience in international business leadership and management. Prior to joining WebTech Wireless, he was CFO at QuIC Financial Technologies, a global solutions provider in the risk management industry. Mr. Edmonds has also served as CFO at Chancery Software and held a variety of senior financial and management roles in both Europe and Asia during his nine years with The Walt Disney Company. Mr. Edmonds earned his Chartered Accountant designation while with Coopers & Lybrand (now PwC) in Toronto, holds a B.B.A. (Honours) in Finance from Bishop's University and has completed the Executive Development Program at the Kellogg Graduate School of Management. 

Owen Moore
Chief Operating Officer

Mr. Moore is a co-founder of the Company's recently acquired Grey Island subsidiary and has had a fifteen-year career in the technology industry. As President, and one of Grey Island’s founders, Mr. Moore’s direct responsibilities included sales, business development, operations as well as finance/investor relations. He has risen over $25 Million in debt and equity while leading the company to an excess of $100 Million in total sales through both organic growth and acquisition. Prior to founding GIS he was employed with Tele-Ride Sage and was involved with large system sales and implementation with clients such as Go Transit and the Toronto Transit Commission. Mr. Moore has a Ms in Science from York University and a BSc. from the University of Toronto.

Andrew Moore
Chief Technical Officer, InterFleet and NextBus

One of Grey Island's founders, Mr. Moore spearheaded Grey Island’s systems and hardware development. As architect of the InterFleet system, he is responsible for a number of firsts in Internet-based GPS/AVL in North America. These include the first real-time Internet-based GPS/AVL system, the first public web sites showing the real-time locations of transit buses (www. whereismybus. com) and winter road maintenance activity (www.whereismysnowplow.com). Andrew was a System Administrator for Metro Toronto Planning Department, the Senior Programmer/Data Base Administrator for the National Hockey League Players Association prior to becoming the Global Head of Internet Technologies and Head of Canadian Software Development with William M. Mercer Ltd. Andrew has a BA in Applied Geography from Ryerson University.

Harald Fritz
Vice President Sales, Quadrant Fleet Solutions

Mr. Fritz is an accomplished IT professional with over 20 years' of accumulated sales, marketing and product management experience. He began his career in Germany working for industry giants Dornier, MTU, Mercedes Benz and Siemens Industrial Systems, before moving to Canada. In the North American wireless field he has held sales, product management and business development positions with Attachmate Corporation, Sierra Wireless, and EXI Wireless prior to joining WebTech Wireless in October 2006. Mr. Fritz holds an M.Sc, Computer Science, from the University of Konstanz, Germany, and is an avid sailor.

Larry Juba
Vice President, Operations

Mr. Juba has over 20 years' of experience in building and leading engineering, operations and professional services teams for wireless technology companies. He has extensive experience in International Operations, Project Management, Systems & Applications Engineering, Software Engineering, Hardware Engineering, Customer Service, Manufacturing, Product Management and IT. During his career, Mr. Juba has held Vice President and Director roles and has been responsible for deploying and supporting large wireless enterprise systems in companies such as Digital Dispatch Systems and Glenayre.

Edward Kulperger
Vice President, Insurance, OEM, and International Business Development

Mr. Kulperger has 10 years' of experience in the telematics industry, specializing in business development, project management, and product development while successfully delivering innovative telematics applications to the global markets. His extensive knowledge of the insurance, OEM, leasing and vehicle manufacturing space is a result of having led some of the largest global initiatives into these markets. In his current role at WebTech Wireless, he delivers vehicle management and telematics solutions to multinational insurance corporations, and leading Telematics service providers (TSP's). He currently holds a BComm from Concordia University in Montreal, and attended New England College on an Ice Hockey scholarship.

Gaylyn Lawton
Vice President, Finance

Ms Lawton is a Certified Management Accountant, and trained with Ernst and Young in her native South Africa before coming to Canada. She holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree, majoring in financial management, accounting and management accounting.
