Scott Edmonds
President and Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Edmonds has more than 25 years' of experience in international business leadership and management. Prior to joining Webtech Wireless, Mr. Edmonds held senior executive roles with two different Vancouver based technology companies, having moved to Vancouver from Singapore after having spent nine years with the Walt Disney Company in a variety of senior financial and management roles in both Europe and Asia. Mr. Edmonds earned his Chartered Accountant designation while with Coopers & Lybrand (now PwC) in Toronto, holds a B.B.A. (Honours) in Finance from Bishop's University and has completed the Executive Development Program at the Kellogg Graduate School of Management. Mr. Edmonds is also a member of the board of directors of the British Columbia Technology Industry Association and active with a number of community and not-for-profit activities in his adopted home of Vancouver.

Larry Juba
Chief Operating Officer
Larry Juba has over 20 years' of experience in building and leading engineering, operations and professional services teams for wireless technology companies. He has extensive experience in international operations, project management, systems and applications engineering, software and hardware engineering, customer service, manufacturing, product management and IT. During his career, Larry has held vice president and director roles and has been responsible for deploying and supporting large wireless enterprise systems in companies such as Digital Dispatch Systems and Glenayre.

Andrew Morden
Chief Financial Officer
Before joining Webtech Wireless, Andrew Morden served as the CFO at Vancouver-based Intrinsyc Software and Digital Dispatch Systems. He was previously employed at the Internet Marketing Center, first as CFO and then as acting CEO in preparation for the ultimately successful sale of that business. Earlier in his career, Andrew served as the Vice President of Financial Planning and Systems and as a Director of ERP Systems at Intrawest Corporation, and as an ERP Client and Project Manager at SAP Canada. He qualified as a chartered accountant with KPMG working in their Vancouver and Sydney, Australia offices before leaving as a senior manager. Andrew is a graduate of the UBC Commerce Program, an avid athlete and a former member of the Canadian National Rowing Team.

Ernie Chatham
Vice President, Quadrant Products and Services
Ernie Chatham has considerable experience in the technology sector. He has held roles in product management, marketing, professional services and business development with companies such as Softracks, Digital Dispatch and Motorola. Since joining Webtech Wireless, he has been directly involved in building relationships with many of the Company's major clients, and has been instrumental in developing the Quadrant Professional Services group. Ernie holds an MBA from Simon Fraser University and is a graduate of the Electrical Engineering program from the British Columbia Institute of Technology.

David Greer
Vice President, Marketing
David Greer is an accomplished technology executive with more than 30 years of experience in building successful technologies and technology companies. He is the former owner of Robelle Solutions Technology, a company he sold in 2001, and which was the world’s leading provider of HP 3000 solutions during his tenure as President. Since then, he has been a consultant to a number of technology companies in the Vancouver area, focusing on turning ideas into products, messaging and results. As VP marketing, Mr. Greer leads a team that creates and communicates the value of our corporate brand, and our InterFleet and Quadrant divisions in our key markets.

Chris Jackson
Vice President, Government Operations
Mr. Jackson brings with him a breadth and depth of experience in sales, engineering, project management and operational support. Prior to joining Webtech Wireless, he worked with 407 ETR Concession Company where he managed technical services and implemented intelligent transportation systems. In 2004, Mr. Jackson joined Webtech Wireless as a Senior Project Manager, where he led the implementation of complex software, firmware and hardware development projects for the InterFleet solution.

Andrew Paul
Vice President, Commercial Sales
Mr. Paul is an accomplished sales professional and entrepreneur who brings over 20 years of sales experience to Webtech Wireless. Prior to joining Webtech Wireless, Mr. Paul developed, deployed, and managed a North America wide ISP business that opened up the market to a wide variety of Internet services (including VoIP technology). Andrew joined Webtech Wireless in 2006 and since then has successfully developed the western United States market for our commercial products.

Gary Zywiecki
Vice President, Engineering
With over 25 years' of experience in product development, Gary Zywiecki brings a wealth of expertise from the wireless, GPS, telecommunications and control software industries. His extensive background in the rapid development of disruptive technology has led him to executive and senior management roles in companies such as Philips Electronics, Sierra Wireless and Scientific Atlantic.
