Andrew Gutman, Chairman of the Board
Mr. Gutman has ten years of experience in private equity/venture capital, as well as fifteen years of experience in managing and/or advising profitable, growth and acquisition oriented software companies. From 2001-2005, Mr. Gutman was the Chief Executive Officer of Speedware Corporation where he led the growth of the company from approximately $15 million in revenues to $62 million ($16 million EBITDA) through a combination of acquisitions and successful execution of internal growth strategies. In addition, under Mr. Gutman’s leadership, Speedware’s market capitalization increased from about $5 million to $143 million in less than 5 years. He is currently a consultant to several technology companies including President of the Park City Lacrosse Organization and President of the Park City Angel Network.

Scott Edmonds, Director
President & CEO, Webtech Wireless
Mr. Edmonds has more than 25 years' of experience in international business leadership and management. Prior to joining Webtech Wireless, Mr. Edmonds held senior executive roles with two different Vancouver based technology companies, having moved to Vancouver from Singapore after having spent nine years with the Walt Disney Company in a variety of senior financial and management roles in both Europe and Asia. Mr. Edmonds earned his Chartered Accountant designation while with Coopers & Lybrand (now PwC) in Toronto, holds a B.B.A. (Honours) in Finance from Bishop's University and has completed the Executive Development Program at the Kellogg Graduate School of Management. Mr. Edmonds is also a member of the board of directors of the British Columbia Technology Industry Association and active with a number of community and not-for-profit activities in his adopted home of Vancouver.

John Gildner, Director
Mr. Gildner brings a wealth of knowledge and experience in financial leadership and management to his role as Director. For over 25 years, he held various positions in the trading operations at Canadian Bank of Imperial Commerce (CIBC) World Markets Inc. Most recently, Mr. Gildner was head of the firm’s equity division propriety trading groups, where he had oversight of the firm’s equity-related proprietary investment and trading strategies and activities. Mr. Gildner also served on several risk management, due diligence, and investment committees at CIBC. In 2010, Mr. Gildner obtained the Chartered Director (C.Dir.) designation from the Directors College (a joint venture of McMaster University and The Conference Board of Canada). Mr. Gildner holds a BBA from Wilfred Laurier University, specializing in Economics.

Robert Kittel, Director
Mr. Kittel holds a BBA Honours (Gold Medalist) from Wilfrid Laurier University and is a Chartered Accountant and a Chartered Financial Analyst. For the last 9 years he has been a Partner and Portfolio Manager at Goodwood Inc., an investment management firm. Previously, Mr. Kittel served as Vice President and analyst of a Canadian-based hedge fund investment firm, was employed by Cadillac Fairview Corporation, a commercial real estate development company in the investments area, and was a staff accountant at KPMG LLP. Mr. Kittel previously served on the Boards of Cenveo, Inc., Jevco Insurance Company and Pet Valu, Inc.

Leonard Metcalfe, Director
Mr. Metcalfe is the former Chairman, Chief Executive Officer and director of LMI Technologies Inc. (LMI) and was with LMI from 1997 to 2011 until it was acquired by AUGUSTA Technologie AG. LMI supplied machine vision systems for various manufacturing industries from its offices in Canada, USA, Sweden, Ireland and The Netherlands. Mr. Metcalfe is a member of the International Society of Optical Engineers. He received a Diploma of Technology in Control Electronics from the British Columbia Institute of Technology in Vancouver.
