Vancouver - May 25th, 2007 – WebTech Wireless Inc. (TSX: WEW). a leading fleet Telematics products and services provider, has agreed with Crown Telecom ("Crown"), a provider of location-based and fleet Telematics services and WebTech Wireless’ exclusive distributor in Brazil, to extend the cure period for Crown’s breach of its Loan and Distributor Agreements with WebTech Wireless to July 20th, 2007. The extension has been granted in order to allow Crown time to continue its discussions with financial institutions in Brazil, both local and international, aimed at securing investment funds needed to cure its agreements with WebTech Wireless and to provide the working capital Crown requires to fund its “24 Horas” operation.

In addition, as a result of Anwar Sukkarié's, CEO and co-founder, WebTech Wireless, visit to Brazil last week, WebTech Wireless is currently in direct contact with a major vehicle OEM in Brazil

WebTech Wireless’ operational support for Crown products and services in Brazil will continue uninterrupted for the time being.
