Mr. Narwani, a CMA, spent more than twenty years in the global banking industry, retiring as the CEO and Deputy Chair of Standard Chartered Bank (“SCB”) in Thailand in 2000. Prior to his position in Thailand he served as CFO and Deputy CEO of SCB in Mumbai, India, having joined SCB after fourteen years with Barclays Bank in a variety of progressive positions in London, New York and Toronto. Mr. Narwani has advised several private companies and serves as chairman of the board of directors of privately held Nova Pole International. Mr. Narwani lives in Sidney, BC, and among many interests, is an accomplished pilot.
