February 9, 2006 - WebTech Wireless and IBM Sign ISV Teaming Agreement

Burnaby, BC - February 9, 2006 - WebTech Wireless Inc. (TSX-V: WEW), a leading supplier of mobile telematics, today announced that WebTech Wireless and International Business Machine Corporation (IBM) have signed an ISV Teaming Agreement enabling joint marketing of WebTech's Quadrant™ Solutions on IBM's platforms into global markets.

Under the terms of the agreement, WebTech will enable Quadrant on IBM's WebSphere™ Application Server and xSeries™ platforms. IBM will include Quadrant in its Global Solution Directory and enable joint marketing of WebTech's products through its Global distribution channels in all countries in which IBM is directly or indirectly conducting business.
