Vancouver - May 16th, 2007 – WebTech Wireless Inc. (TSX: WEW), a provider of location-based and fleet Telematics services, has announced that Anwar Sukkarié and Cameron Fraser, the Company’s CEO and CTO respectively, have offered to reverse the sale of a total of 1,000,000 shares originally completed on April 12, 2007 at a price of $6.70 per share.

“Neither Cameron nor I had any knowledge of the recently announced events and we could not have predicted the sudden stock price decline – and yet there is a perception that we sold in advance of these negative developments and so we have offered to unwind the sale of these shares” said Mr. Sukkarié, co-founder and CEO, WebTech Wireless.

Completion of the transaction is subject to confirmation that there are no negative tax or other consequences for Messrs. Sukkarié and Fraser, and receipt of any necessary regulatory approvals.
